Perton Ehitus has been dedicated to creating comfortable living environments with a homey feeling for more than eleven years. We started out by restoring historical buildings and enhancing them with modern home commodities and energy efficient technical systems. In our new development projects, we are aiming to build a bridge between historical milieus and modern architectural solutions.
We have a license for working with architectural heritage sites issued by the National Heritage Board of Estonia, and have received several excellence awards for building restoration and renovation works.
For example, a letter of appreciation issued by Tallinn Department of Culture for renovating the apartment building of Wismari 47 in 2012; "Best Renovated Building in the area of Cultural and Environmental Value of 2015" acknowledgement by Tallinn Department of Urban Planning for renovating buildings of Luise 27/1 and 27/2; "Best Renovated Building in the the area of Cultural and Environmental Value of 2016" for renovating the building of Kunderi 25. Furthermore, we received the prize of the Stone Ceiling of the Year in 2015 for renovating the building of Tina 26.

It is important for us to emphasise the values and opportunities the area has to offer to the owners of a new home. We honour and preserve the environment, as well as offer an added value to it. As of today, we have built or restored over 40 residential buildings and created many new homes in the most attractive residential areas in Tallinn and elsewhere.
The home is created by people but built by professionals. Perton Ehitus has constructed cosy living environments for many families.
